As per the baggage policy , the maximum baggage size should be 126 cm (including W + H+ D). If your luggage is heavier, more extensive, it will be considered excess baggage & you have to pay further charges accordingly. The dimension of the personal item cannot exceed 40*30*15 cm and the add on item the dimension cannot exceed 56*45*25cm . The maximum weight is mentioned 23 kg that is allowed in the flight.
The dimension outside of which the airlines don’t allow are 90*75*43cm and the maximum weight limit for checked on baggage is 32 kg. It is always wise to check the dimensions and weight of the baggage before starting your trip. However if in special circumstance you have exceeded the quantity or the weight limit, extra charges may apply. BA adheres to laid down terms a and conditions to make it convenient for everyone on board. Prices are charged as per one way and varies from UK pounds, US Canadian Dollars and Euros depending upon your travel itinerary. If the leaving country uses different local currency other than the ones mentioned, UK pounds will be converted into that particular local currency. Some airports including but not limited to London Heathrow, Gatwick and North America only credit or debit card are accepted for payments. Prices may vary due to seasonal increases. British Airways issues exclusive Loyalty Programme called the Executive Club. The programme was developed to provide world class experience to its members by including special lounges and ‘fast’ queues for less time consumption. There are tiers to the Executive Club Members as well. First class Passengers and Gold Executive Club Members are entitled to First Class Lounges with next gen amenities. Similarly, Business lounges are available to Business class (Club World or Club Europe) and to Silver Executive Members. A third-party premium lounge is often provided to Premium passengers at the airports which do not have BA built lounges.
